For this journey across the Cosmos we will explore our own backyard. Pay tribute to Jupiter! We all know about Jupiter, a gas giant, infamous red spot, biggest planet in our solar system. But did you know that Jupiter like a big brother protects Earth and we owe it our lives! Sure sometimes it will take some shots at us. Like a big brother sometimes he will pick on you, but you can always count on him to defend you.

Without Jupiter long-period comets and asteroids would smash Earth way more frequently. As Jupiter gravitational pull kicks them back out of the solar system, and takes the blunt of the hits. Yes sometimes it can shoot towards us but let's face it. Without Jupiter we may already have been extinct.

The notorious Juno spacecraft captured some of the most amazing pictures we have yet of Jupiter and they will leave you in awe!
